Orbituary : Puan Sri Rosalind Foo MNS Perak Patron

Here was a life that demands notice...A life that exemplified kindness.... A life that inspired emulation.... A life that burned so that others’ paths were lighted! She was a living proof of just how fine a person can be.

Puan Sri Rosalind Foo, patron of Malaysian Nature Society Perak Branch passed away peacefully on February 9, 2008 after a spell of ill-health. She was a member since the formation of Perak Branch in 1970 and for her contribution towards the growth of the branch, the branch honoured her as its patron.



Puan Sri was very supportive to all the activities of the society.  She was ever willing to allow the branch to use her residence for the numerous functions and had played host to the numerous fellowship nights and dinners organized by the society at her residence. She often gave ideas, advices and inspiration to members.



Her demise came as a shock to most of us who knew her.  She will always be remembered by members of the Perak Branch.  We wish her eternal happiness.
