Terms and Conditions

This Donations/Refund Policy applies to anyone who makes a donation to Malaysian Nature Society. This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you donate to Malaysian Nature Society.

Donations is only for one-time, may be made through the MNS website, or by mailing a cheque, cash, online transfer or credit card information to Malaysian Nature Society. Cheques should be made payable to “Malaysian Nature Society”.

• Donations are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unhappy with donation or any element of the subscription service, please email us at mns@mns.org.my, we will investigate every complaint and will endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
• Tax exempt receipts will be issued for donations of RM 10 or more.
• For International donors, donation can be made using Credit Card (Visa/ MasterCard).
