Education

Our message of environmental conservation should not be restricted to our members only. This is why we established the Education initiatives to inculcate the love of nature in students and empower future generations to act in the protection of our natural legacy.

MNS’ Education division work to establish a network of MNS Environmental Education Centres (EECs) which will act as focal areas for our educational programmes and activities.

These EECs are typically linked to globally-important areas such as World Heritage Sites, Important Bird Areas (IBAs) and Ramsar sites.

The Education initiatives aim to promote environmental education and global conservation through its EECs as well as through its School Nature Clubs (Kelab Pencinta Alam/KPA) to local school teachers and the Malaysian Ministry of Education
