This policy explains the terms and conditions that apply when you make payment for membership subscription.

MNS Membership Subscription whether one time or yearly (auto renewal), may be made through MNS Website (www.mns.my) or by email membership@mns.org.my

• Subscriptions are non-refundable. If for any reason you are unhappy any element of the subscription service, please email us at membership@mns.org.my, we will investigate every complaint and will endeavor to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
• Expired membership of more than 3 months will be considered as new membership applications
• Yearly Membership or Auto Renewal may be cancelled by sending an email to membership@mns.org.my. Payments will stop the month after recurring membership is cancelled. For example, if you withdraw in April, your credit card will be charged in April, but not May
